Song of Nature

Each summer I return to the mountains with a simple purpose, to find peace, and to listen.

Among the wildflowers there is a kind of quiet intelligence that asks nothing of us except our presence. When we slow our pace, and breathe a little deeper, we begin to notice what is always there: the colors, the fragrance, the movement of the wind, and the remarkable diversity of life flourishing together.

This year's journey to Iron Mountain was especially beautiful. Hillsides were glowing with Oregon Sunshine, their golden blossoms lighting the meadows like fields of sunlight. Alongside them bloomed dozens of other wildflowers, each carrying its own unique expression and energetic signature.

In the gathering of flowers, we enter into a relationship with nature. Each essence becomes an invitation to remember qualities that already exist within us; joy, resilience, trust, courage, compassion, and renewal.

Over the coming weeks, I'll be sharing these new flower essences as they become available. I look forward to introducing each one and the gifts it may offer on your own journey.
