Why are flowers useful and needed at this time in our culture? We not only operate on the food we eat as fuel, but energetically generated by thoughts, emotions, fears, and other temperaments. When our frequencies and multi-dimensional vibrations are out of balance, dis-harmony, or, disease may follow.
Why are flower useful and needed at this time in our culture? We are re-discovering the dynamic association between spirit, body, and science. We not only operate on the food we eat as fuel, but energetically generated by thoughts, emotions, fears, and other temperaments. Therefore, we now know that we are influenced by imperceptible factors of energy that runs our lives.
As a self-employed businesswoman I maintain a hectic schedule that entails travel, deadlines, and commitments. Like many women, I burn the candle at both ends. Therefore my children, like most good intentioned offspring, have been, and are willing, to go along with my wild ride. Like most kids, they absorb and accept the environment from which they are raised. Kids are troopers. We must, however, find ways to minimize the stress hazards and emotional strain of their everyday life.
My two older daughters have successfully survived their busy childhood, and now, in early adulthood, attest to the healing power of flowers. Flower essences were our elixir through....
The Elders have asked that the morning after every full moon at 10:00 AM that we gather and that we go outside and we look to the Sun, to the flowers, and to the heart of the earth...In doing so we bring more solar energy and flower wisdom to the earth, because the next age is the Age of Flowers. Flowers are our medicine for the next age. ~ Ven. Dhyana Ywahoo
There have been many pioneers in the field of alternative medicine through the ages who have listened with heart to receive nature’s teachings and healing powers. Pioneering work in these fields has brought to our attention the healing properties of high vibrational plant medicines known as homeopathy, aromatherapy, medicinal herbs, and flower essences. The word vibration has become synonymous with energy, for we have learned that our bodies are fields of...
Through the laws of higher order (regardless of our resistance), we are each graced with the potential to serve humanity. Likewise, we are offered the opportunity to align ourselves with a way of living that promotes respect for all individuals. The path to individuation is the key that unlocks the potential for each person to blossom and discover his or her path to freedom.
Flower essences enable us to balance the mind so that we may overcome the human maladies and delusions that keep us from knowing the mission and destiny we have come to fulfill.
Flower essence application is varied and diverse, yet simple.
There is geometry in the humming of the strings, there is music in the spacing of the spheres. ~ Pythagoras
Sunrise to sunset, flowers adorn our planet in a multitude of ways, and the subtle nature of their exquisite beauty is an eternal blessing to humanity. Even if you lived in a cave, and never actually saw a flower, they would still wrap you in their loving embrace, for the essence of flowers permeates the earth within and without.
There are so many ways to engage with flowers, be it a stroll in the garden...

“It is good to know our universe. What is new is only new to us.” ~ Pearl S. Buck
Through the ages, shamans, priests and priestesses, medicine women and men, herbal alchemists, botanists and holy people from all walks of life have sought a clearer understanding of the natural world around them. They have listened reverently to the voice of Nature approaching Her as one approaches a beloved consort. In turn, through Her trees, flowers, seeds, leaves, fruits, and berries She has offered the knowledge of healing and sustainability, revealing Herself fully only to those who will listen with heart and soul.
Our medicines of today have evolved from the study of herbology, botany, and biology. The healing properties of herbs have been identified through the centuries by studying their growth cycles, appearance, location, color, and movement. Homeopathy is yet another way in which plants are employed as healers. We learn through homeopathy that like cures like, and nature overcomes nature. Human beings are readily cured, soothed, and enlightened by...

Astrologers, those who have studied the stars, and herbalists, those who have studied the plants, have ever been seeking those remedies which will help us to keep our health and joy. ~Edward Beach
The entire natural world, including the world of human beings, is engaged in the alchemical process of spiritual transmutation. Therefore, flowers – both in the form of essences and of artistic renderings – are perhaps its greatest ally.
The Ancient Art Of Alchemy Is Almost As Old As Civilization Itself!
At the esoteric level, western alchemists, in their quest for spiritual perfection, developed a tradition of "cosmic magic." It can be traced as far back as the 4th century B.C.E. (Before the Common Era), extending deep into the mystery of Thoth, the Egyptian god of mathematics

...These words, this truth, the power of his wisdom will forever guide this work with flowers, soul, health and destiny....enjoy!
To understand the nature of disease certain fundamental truths have to be acknowledged.
The first of these is that man has a Soul which is his real self; a Divine, Mighty Being, a Son of the Creator of all things, of which the body, although the earthly temple of that Soul, is but the minutest reflection: that our Soul, our Divinity Who resides in and around us, lays down for us our lives as He wishes them to be ordered and, so far as we will allow, ever guides, protects and encourages us, watchful and beneficent to lead us always for our utmost advantage: that He, our Higher Self, being a spark of the Almighty, is thereby invincible and immortal.
I thought a little note on flower essence dosage and application might be useful. Here are a few points to consider.
Take four to seven drops under the tongue three times a day. Due to the nature of flower essence vibration, you do not have to take the exact amount. This should be used as a guideline....
“I see myself as a huge fiery comet, a shooting star. Everyone stops, points up and gasps ‘Oh look at that!’ Then- whoosh, and I'm gone...and they'll never see anything like it ever again... and they won't be able to forget me- ever." ~ Jim Morrison
This week I want to share the attributes of the Shooting Star flower essence. It is one of the most beautiful little wild flowers found growing in the upper regions of the Northwest Mountains. You might run into a carpeted meadow of this fuchsia colored wild flower or, you might find them standing in clusters along the edge of trails. It is always a delight to see them while on a climb to a high altitude lake where they thrive near moist ground.
In my work as an astrologer, flower essence practitioner, tarot consultant and author, I’ve had the wonderful opportunity to work with thousands of clients across the globe. In doing this work the ‘embodiment principle’ has been paramount assisting individuals to retrieve a safe home within the body, the temple of the soul. Within this precious temple exists an intricate human design consisting of layer upon layer of karmic imprints, memory, cellular DNA, family origins, and an extraordinary energy system know as Chi, or, the Universal Field of Light. This magnetic flow of ....
Many children in our world today face a stressful and emotionally challenged life due to an accelerated, fast-paced environment. The purity of their spirit, still connected to threads of golden light above them, is tempered by their exposure to strong images through the media and technology, Today’s child meets an array of complex circumstances that were ordinarily reserved for mature adults capable of assimilating issues such as ...
In our world, great suffering prevails. Together, with caring hearts, let us stand in gratitude for those who have sacrificed their lives for freedom, and send prayers to those whose lives are tattered by the scars of war, violence, and desolation.
When I was a little girl, I remember how special it was to have an orange poppy, crisp and bright, pinned to my shirt in memory of those lost and loved. Each year, visiting the grave of my papa with freshly picked flowers gave me a blossoming hope for the future. In later years, in my studies of fairy tale folklore, I learned about the sacred meaning of tears in myth and fable. They are the waters of life, flowing from the heart; the waters of the soul that nourish the ground with fertile tenderness, a symbol of rebirth.
It is from this moist, fertile ground that the flowers bloom and forever reign as earth’s rainbow, adorning the fields and valleys with glorious beauty. Hence, herein lies the significance of the Poppy on Memorial Day.
The chakras appear in many traditions, and have been studied in the schools of yoga and tantra. This life force has many names and cultural associations such as Prana, Chi, Holy Spirit, Kundalini, Manna, Tao, and Body Matrix, and can be adjusted and maintained like any other part of the human body.
The seven chakras move upward throughout the body in the color sequence of the rainbow. Each of the seven chakras is associated with a particular organ of the body, emotion, spiritual energy, and life vibration.
I will explore each of the seven chakras, connecting each to specific flower essences. (Flower essences, a vibrational healing system, floods each chakra with light and balancing energies.)
"Flowers speak to us when we know how to listen to them--it is a subtle and fragrant language." (The Mother)
